Registration for the 2023-24 season is open!
Please note: seating\placement may be limited for all age groups according to capacity and to maintain a ratio of children to volunteers.
Seats\placement will be available on a 1st registered, 1st seated basis with priority given to children of volunteers.
A waitlist has started for the Cubbies (3's & 4's) group. Complete a registration to be placed on the wait list.
Registration is online only!
**Registration is a 2 step process**
1. Complete online registration for your family
2. Separately, complete liability release for each child
Annual dues includes each child’s handbook (one per season), Badge Magic "patch glue" and participation in weekly club activities (August - April).
Uniforms, extra credit cards/books and optional items are additional and available for order through the club secretary.
Payments/payment options can be coordinated with the Awana secretary. Cash, checks and Visa/MC credit cards are accepted in-person by the Awana secretary at Summit during Awana on Tuesday nights or over the phone.
We sincerely desire that all children be able to participate in Awana and special activities. If expenses are or become a burden for your family, please talk to the ministry directors or secretary.

Background checks are required for all new volunteers. Background checks are completed by Summit staff.
The background check form is available for download below. If you are a new volunteer, please complete, sign and submit the form to Dan or Karla Harker.
Volunteer training is online, at Awana and special training may be scheduled.
